One of the common challenges he faced while recruiting a winning team was, one standardizes process to measure Knowledge, Aptitude, Domain Skill, Cognitive & Non-Cognitive Skills.
He Conceptualized, Pareekshn, while working in various MNC's across the Globe and intends to quantify Knowledge, Skill, Aptitude and Cognition around a defined job role. He Envisions to place Pareekshn as a largest assessment platform globally.
Academically he is an Economics Graduate from Delhi University. MBA from LBSIM, New Delhi. On campus CPD Program in Strategy & Innovation from University of Pennsylvania- The Wharton school at Philadelphia, USA.
He is also been Ex-Chairman of NCR Industrial Development Committee- ASSOCHAM. UP & UKHND.
Dr. Dinesh Kumar Goyal is ex-IAS, Addl. Chief Secretary, Govt. of Rajasthan and a BARC Scientist. He has 40 years’ experience as DM/ Collector, headed departments like Agriculture, Energy, Finance, Horticulture, IT, Investment, Industries, Labour, Mines, Public Works, Tourism, Town Planning. He has Masters from London school of Economics, Masters (I) from IIT New Delhi, PhD & Masters from BITS, Pilani.
An Eisenhower Fellow, widely travelled USA and abroad for interaction in energy sector. IT savvy, he has a distinction of turning around PSU, organized large mustard procurement, implemented Solar Water Pump Program (Limca Book of Records winner) by integrating water harvesting and drip irrigation. After his presentation to the Union Ministers Road Transport & Highways, Agriculture, Energy and MNRE, the Govt. of India targeted one lac solar pumps for 2014-15, involving finances over Rs. 5,000 crores. He is known for transparency, responsiveness, accessibility, dynamism, and decision-making .
Dr Dinesh Goyal is the Co-founder of SPIWD and directs all long-term business strategy.
